You are giving us your date of birth, your exact time of birth, where you were born, and often something private about what is going on in your life. We take that seriously. This explains what we do with it, in plain terms.
We act as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We never see your card or UPI credentials. Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor.
In the ordinary course, no person reads your individual birth details or your reading. Our team can see them in our administration system for support, quality checks and to handle a complaint, and does so only for those purposes. Our payment processor sees your name, email and the amount, but never your birth details. Our email provider handles delivery of the message itself.
Your reading is produced entirely by automated means. Our system calculates your chart from your birth details and then uses a third-party artificial-intelligence service to write the reading, following the method designed by our certified practitioner. To do this, the AI service receives your name, your date, time and place of birth, the computed positions of your chart, the areas you asked about, and any context you wrote. It returns the text of your reading. The same happens for follow-up questions and scheduled revisions. The service processes this data only to produce your reading and, under our agreement with it, does not use your data to train its models.
A geocoding service receives the place of birth you typed — and nothing else — to convert it to coordinates.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 this is processing carried out on our behalf, and we remain the Data Fiduciary responsible for it. Because a reading is guidance for personal reflection and not a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you, no right to human review of an automated decision arises; but if you believe your reading is wrong, you can ask us to check it and a person will.
We keep your birth details and reports for 24 months after your reading window closes, so a later reading can build on the same chart and you can go back to what we told you. After that we delete them.
Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years, because Indian tax law requires it. Those records hold your name, address and the amount — not your birth details.
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
Email the address in the footer and we respond within 30 days. Deletion is permanent, which means we would need your details again to prepare any future reading.
The site runs over HTTPS. Data is stored encrypted at rest with our hosting provider, access is limited to the people named above, and signing in uses a one-time email link rather than a password you might reuse elsewhere.
Only what is necessary: a sign-in token so your account stays open, and your language choice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Our hosting, email and report-assembly providers may process data on servers outside India. We use only providers offering appropriate safeguards, and any transfer is made in line with the DPDP Act.
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
Write to us first — the email address is in the footer, marked for the attention of our Grievance Officer. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
